Gods promised to meet your needs

There is a great misnomer in-regards to being a believer. Believers in the New and Old Covenant were not poor. If the church are living on the blessed promises of Abraham than those same promises apply to all who believe in the name of Jesus Christ.

Here’s what 3 John stares on this subject,

3 John 2 King James Version (KJV)

“2 Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.”

Gods promises provide Prophetic understanding, which gives purpose, protection, because God’s plan for our lives.

God’s promises are something He always keeps. It’s in the Bible, Psalm 89:34. “No, I will not break my covenant; I will not take back one word of what I said.”

The promises of God are yes and amen. It’s in the Bible, 2 Corinthians 1:20. “For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us.”

God’s promises about money, finances, prosperity and employment

You will not lack anything that is needed. It’s in the Bible, Psalms 34:9-10. “Oh, fear the Lord, you His saints! there is no want to those who fear Him. The young lions lack and suffer hunger; but those who seek the Lord shall not lack any good thing.”

God will take care of your day-to-day needs. It’s in the Bible, Matthew 6:31-34. “Therefore do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.”

As you meditate on God’s word your way will be prosperous. It’s in the Bible, Joshua 1:8,l. “This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.”

Test God, see if He will bless you with more than you can hold. It’s in the Bible, Malachi 3:10-11. “‘Bring all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be food in My house, and try Me now in this,’ says the Lord of hosts, ‘If I will not open for you the windows of heaven and pour out for you such blessing that there will not be room enough to receive it. ‘And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, so that he will not destroy the fruit of your ground, nor shall the vine fail to bear fruit for you in the field,’ says the Lord of hosts.”

To receive all that God has for you it requires that the condition of faith is active to receive God’s promises.

Therefore, stay on the right road. Psalm 1 The Message (MSG)

1 How well God must like you—you don’t hang out at Sin Saloon, you don’t slink along Dead-End Road, you don’t go to Smart-Mouth College.

2-3 Instead you thrill to God’s Word, you chew on Scripture day and night. You’re a tree replanted in Eden, bearing fresh fruit every month, Never dropping a leaf, always in blossom.

4-5 You’re not at all like the wicked, who are mere windblown dust—Without defense in court, unfit company for innocent people.

6 God charts the road you take. The road they take is Skid Row.
