It does not need to make sense

Written by,

When my thoughts begin to race I immediately turn to the word of God – in every believers life there will come a time where our paths will reveal the will of God as confirmation. I’m so excited where God has me – “It does not need to make sense” Like the King/Prophet/Priest David I am a whole man –

I love when the spirit lines up with Gods will for understanding – Stop gearing the world and hear God –

2 Timothy 3:16-17 KJV

16. All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: 17. That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.

I was ask is it to live saved, no the way of a “transgressors is hard.” I will say this, the greater the level of revelation the greater the spiritual attack! Paul states we will suffer within our own flesh daily whereby we must die to our ways –

Please consider the Apostles own words as the testimony to my statement –

2 Corinthians 12 KJV

1 I must go on boasting. Although there is nothing to be gained, I will go on to visions and revelations from the Lord.

2 I know a man in Christ who fourteen years ago was caught up to the third heaven. Whether it was in the body or out of the body I do not know–God knows.

3 And I know that this man–whether in the body or apart from the body I do not know, but God knows–

4 was caught up to paradise. He heard inexpressible things, things that man is not permitted to tell.

5 I will boast about a man like that, but I will not boast about myself, except about my weaknesses.

6 Even if I should choose to boast, I would not be a fool, because I would be speaking the truth. But I refrain, so no one will think more of me than is warranted by what I do or say.

7 To keep me from becoming conceited because of these surpassingly great revelations, there was given me a thorn in my flesh, a messenger of Satan, to torment me.

8 Three times I pleaded with the Lord to take it away from me.

No one truly knows what a true man or women of God goes through!

9 But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.

10 That is why, for Christ’s sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong.

11 I have made a fool of myself, but you drove me to it. I ought to have been commended by you, for I am not in the least inferior to the “super-apostles,” even though I am nothing.

12 The things that mark an apostle–signs, wonders and miracles–were done among you with great perseverance.

13 How were you inferior to the other churches, except that I was never a burden to you? Forgive me this wrong!

Now I have a clear understanding when the word of God says;

Romans 13:14 NIV

New International Version

Rather, clothe yourselves with the Lord Jesus Christ, and do not think about how to gratify the desires of the flesh.

Let’s go to Romans the 7 chapter KJV

There is a war between the flesh and the spirit! Please read 👇🏾

15 I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do I do not do, but what I hate I do.

16 And if I do what I do not want to do, I agree that the law is good.

17 As it is, it is no longer I myself who do it, but it is sin living in me.

18 For I know that good itself does not dwell in me, that is, in my sinful nature. For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out.

19 For I do not do the good I want to do, but the evil I do not want to do—this I keep on doing.

20 Now if I do what I do not want to do, it is no longer I who do it, but it is sin living in me that does it.

21 So I find this law at work: Although I want to do good, evil is right there with me.

22 For in my inner being I delight in God’s law;

23 but I see another law at work in me, waging war against the law of my mind -and making me a prisoner of the law of sin at work within me.

24 What a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body that is subject to death?

25 Thanks be to God, who delivers me through Jesus Christ our Lord!

This is why David repented in Psalms 51

The eight chapter of Romans – Jesus took the fight to the cross – and won

Romans chapter 8 KJV – we can shout right here

1There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.

For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:

That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.

For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.

7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.

8 So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.

9 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.

10 And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.

11 But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.

12 Therefore, brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh.

13 For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.

14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.

Example King David – flesh verses the spirit !!!

King David is called by God as a child, there is no way that he desires to turn from God!!! But his flesh he is not killing and allowing it to control him- Jesus has not died yet –

As king, David commits adultery with Bathsheba, leading him to arrange the death of her husband Uriah the Hittite. Because of this sin, David’s son Absalom tries to overthrow him – the acts of the flesh this is the war talked about in Romans

We see the flesh👆🏾– what about the spirit – turn to Psalms 51

David repentance opens the door 1 John 1:9 KJV AFTER THE DEATH OF JESUS – There must be and old covenant shadow of the which would take place in the new covenant!!!

Psalm 51 King James Version – REMEMBER THE OLD COVENANT REPRESENTS ATONEMENT – HERES IN INTRODUCTION TO REPENTANCE FOUND IN 1 JOHN 1:9 KJV

51 1  Have mercy upon me, O God, according to thy lovingkindness: according unto the multitude of thy tender mercies blot out my transgressions. 2  Wash me throughly from mine iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin. 3  For I acknowledge my transgressions: and my sin is ever before me. 4  Against thee, thee only, have I sinned, and done this evil in thy sight: that thou mightest be justified when thou speakest, and be clear when thou judgest. 5  Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive [1] me. 6  Behold, thou desirest truth in the inward parts: and in the hidden part thou shalt make me to know wisdom.

7  Purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean: wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow. 8  Make me to hear joy and gladness; that the bones which thou hast broken may rejoice. 9  Hide thy face from my sins, and blot out all mine iniquities. 10  Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right [2] spirit within me. 11  Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy holy spirit from me. 12  Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit. 13  Then will I teach transgressors thy ways; and sinners shall be converted unto thee.

14  Deliver me from bloodguiltiness, O God, thou God of my salvation: and my tongue shall sing aloud of thy righteousness.

15  O Lord, open thou my lips; and my mouth shall shew forth thy praise.

16  For thou desires not sacrifice; else would I give it: thou delightest not in burnt offering.

17  The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise.

18  Do good in thy good pleasure unto Zion: build thou the walls of Jerusalem.

19  Then shalt thou be pleased with the sacrifices of righteousness, with burnt offering and whole burnt offering: then shall they offer bullocks upon thine altar.

In Closing, David a man after God’s own heart/spirit is the representative of the flesh and the spirit giving the believer after the cross the advantage over the flesh –

Look at verse (16) it’s critical God did not want sacrifice, David said or else I would have given it –

“16  For thou desires not sacrifice; else would I give it: thou delightest not in burnt offering.

Now look at verses (18&19) those who are still under the Law and not yet the spirit – look at what David tells them – thus he is King and Prophêt!!! 👇🏾

“18  Do good in thy good pleasure unto Zion: build thou the walls of Jerusalem.

19  Then shalt thou be pleased with the sacrifices of righteousness, with burnt offering and whole burnt offering: then shall they offer bullocks upon thine altar.”
