Are You Willing and Ready?

By Jane Gray

Are you willing to surrender your will, your personal desires, swallow your pride and in all humility allow the word of God and his will to lead and guide you? Are you willing to stand for righteousness and fight for your life, and the lives of others? Not life in this world, but eternal life.

John 12:25 He that loveth his life shall lose it, and he that hateth his life in this world shall keep it unto life eternal.

Are you willing to let go of animosity, revenge and resentment and give it to God, forgiving a person will help them let go of the bondage of guilt, but most importantly release you from the anger that’s mentality draining and weighing heavy on your heart.

Matthew 6:14 For If ye forgive men their trespasses, your Heavenly Father will also forgive you: But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.

Are you willing to be different? Can you handle the rejection, hatred and persecution? Are you willing to be an outcast, rejected, isolated and separated from others?

2 Corinthians 6:17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be he separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you.

Are you willing to to suffer? As servants of God we must be ready to suffer, it’s not an option, it’s unavoidable, the Bible says it has been granted unto us to suffer, we can consider suffering for Christ sake a gift, it’s inevitable that saints suffer emotionally, physically, and spiritually denying our flesh in fasting and prayer, suffering trials and tribulations, enduring opposition and the attacks against the word of God.

1Peter 4:1 “Forasmuch then as Christ suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves likewise with the same mind: for he that hath suffered in the flesh hath ceased from sin”

Are you willing to meditate on the Word of God day and night, to establish a personal relationship with him, to eat the whole roll, understanding that’s where our help comes from, and that there’s power in the name of Jesus, and the word of God is able to build us up and give us an inheritance among those who are sanctified.

Psalms 91:1 He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.

2. I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.

3. Surely he shall deliver thee from the snares of the Fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.

4. He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.

5. Thou shall not be afraid for the terror by night, nor for the destruction that wasteth at noon day.

If you are willing, get Ready!

Get ready to be elevation, get ready for his revelation and the unveiling of the mysteries of the WORD.

Get ready for the joy and peace that the Holy Spirit living in you will bring, and to dance and shout victory.

Get ready for a transformation by the renewing of your mind, and his purpose to be revealed in you, which is his perfect plan of Redemption.

Get ready for the Day of the Lord, the 2nd Coming.

The Bible says he’s coming back for a church without a spot or a wrinkle (Ephesians 5:27).
